Sheree Epps, Family Nurse Practitioner, is the compassionate owner and operator behind New Hope Care Home. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Sheree has dedicated her life to caring for others and creating meaningful relationships with patients and families. Her passion for compassionate, personalized care is at the heart of everything New Hope Care Home represents.
Born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, Sheree developed a deep appreciation for family, community, and service from an early age. She later attended college in Charlotte, North Carolina, before continuing her education at Winston-Salem State University. Driven by her commitment to excellence in healthcare, she went on to earn her advanced nursing degree from Walden University and has proudly practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for more than six years.
Throughout her career, Sheree has cared for patients across a wide range of healthcare settings and has always believed that exceptional care begins with truly knowing and understanding each individual patient. That philosophy inspired her vision for New Hope Care Home, a warm, boutique-style residential care home where residents receive not only clinical oversight, but genuine compassion, dignity, comfort, and personalized attention.
As the primary healthcare provider at New Hope Care Home, Sheree works closely with each resident and family to develop individualized plans of care tailored to their loved one’s unique needs. Families can feel reassured knowing that Sheree will partner with them every step of the way, helping guide medical decisions, monitor ongoing health concerns, and coordinate care directly. This clinician-led approach removes much of the stress and uncertainty families often face when navigating healthcare for a loved one.
An added benefit to residents is that Sheree’s services as a primary provider are covered through the patient’s insurance, offering families both convenience and continuity of care in one comfortable setting.
New Hope Care Home is also a true family-centered business. Sheree’s mother, a Nurse with 40 years of healthcare experience, will help manage the home alongside her. Together, they bring a wealth of medical knowledge, hands-on experience, and heartfelt compassion to every resident they serve.
Outside of her professional life, Sheree is a devoted wife and proud mother of two beautiful children. Her strong family values influence the atmosphere she strives to create at New Hope Care Home, one where residents are treated like family, cared for with dignity, and supported in a peaceful, loving environment.
